A Curious Case of Autonomy through Non-Fulfillment of TA contract .......🙂

TRUST enhances in fulfillment of commitment towards others .In common parlance we say trust breaks when commitment is not fulfilled.Within TA, TRUST is brought about by Contract. But what happens when one backs out from TA contract.

One see this often in organisation and personal relationship when viewed from lens of TA. 

TA contract is between 2 persons or groups or more than two.

 *Case-Study* 

To understand let's have 2 character S and P

The contract between S and P  involved non-cash factor...

The contract by S was one seeking clarifying  doubts on his game started by him and 

In return to help S,

the contract of P  was that of asking S to amend his unethical  behavior of baseless slandering of P..

Isn't it paradox that a slanderer -S- is helped by one (P) who S badmouths based on S's whims and fancies

P fulfilled his contract diligently to guide S to know his games but S refused to amend his unethical behavior .All along the  interaction,P knew this would happen.

He was in awareness of helping a hand that will cut hands of P aka break his trust or back-out from contract.

 It was test of P's Autonomy.

As a good practise and to help S further, P proactively followed-up 3 times to remind him(S) to fulfill his contract but S was not reciprocative.

Autonomy being the goal of life, P stopped following-up and listed him -S- under non-fulfillers category.it was really a test of P's Autonomy. How ? Read the blog further ...

P experiences Autonomy with  self- closure of S's non--fulfillment of contract on following :-

1 ) S was more on loosing side as he started another game and so he is stuck in his chain of gamey transaction.

2 ) The damage to P by S was minimal and that time is best eraser in mind of those influenced by S.

3 ) Be Patient as world also has S-types who do not fulfill their contracts.

4.P moved on with Life with awareness that some people Like S take pleasure to remain in Game and prayed for his healthy state of mind. Join TA online session to Improve your  Life Position with Rescripting.

For Point #4, I recalled verses from Bhagvad Gita,Bible,Koran that let the learned ones not wakeup the ignorant ones if the latter has  decided to remain ignorant.

Infact this blog could come come as a  reflection on  non-fulfillment of commitment that leads to breakdown in trust  and become a cause ofmental turmoil.

Forget what happened on agenda of contract but the root of starting an interaction ie. CONTRACT can also cause lot of stress if one of the party backs out.

Autonony is a much needed state here -  by being aware that the opposite person is O.K the way he is but is not O.K in his non-committal act.You have a capacity to move on in life for  the Non-OK act has bolstered your confidence to courageously  be ethical and authentic.Your life's destiny is not decided by one weakling like those of S  and any decisions taken to feel pain can be changed for happiness and joyful reason that you have your autonomy back.

P felt OK to be satisfied with S's turn-coat act and grew up in understanding that S was meant to be this way and like a child - P SPONTANEPISLY went about in his life meeting and guiding people.

P felt more O.K when he could see through imperfection of his and that of S and didn't make sense to please anyone but himself by accepting that S was bound to be non-fulfiller.

P felt more profoundly O.K when he decided the destiny to enjoy his happy life without waiting for fulfillment of S's contract.

 If one of the party/-ies fail/s to fulfill his or their part of contract then GAME is being played by the non-fulfiller..

GAME is unhealthy interaction started unknowingly as a habit to experience same old outcomes for receiving negative strokes from other or to give others.
