TA APPLICATION in this MILLENIUM

A decade and a half plus have passed since the onset of Millennium 2000. This new era has brought its own share of opportunities and challenges for humans. Both society and development have undergone its format of change but few things remain same across the eons.
And that is the need of Human to know oneself, others and building relationships in personal, social, professional and organizational areas.. As this need remains a constant factor in change management where variable forms pose a challenge to the productivity of individuals and group, it becomes critical to know how one can fulfill one’s need to grow and prosper.
And it is a persistent pursuit to enhance one’s potential which begins by knowing oneself and others and ends with the fulfillment of a healthy relationship, prosperity, and a happy life.
It natural for such humans to take refuge in knowledge and wisdom, which has impressed and influenced Relationship- a two-way path and change is a one-way path. You Change and the world will change is the dictum we follow if not always but selectively to fulfill our ends. In this camaraderie of Change, many introduced theories got limited to a section of the populace and each group came up with its own theory of growth, change and harmony for the latter proved his/her belief.
Out of very few theories that are versatile and broader in its application, TA has stood the vicissitudes of TIME since 7 decades. In bygone 1900s and the current millennium, TA has found its relevance due to its basic ability to understand human and their relationships. The words used to explain in-
depth theory are simpler for a common person to not only read and relate to one’s life but if inspired and motivated they bring small changes in one’s personality.
TA an acronym for Transactional Analysis can be used in any field if there is a NEED  to understand humans, individuals, and roles in social or organizational setup.TA because of its outstanding depth of concepts has found broader APPLICATION in different areas of life like Personality development, communications, Parenting, Psychopathology, Organisation. TA enhances the effectiveness of management and communication training and, in organizational settings; it encourages Healthy communication amongst its members.
